Arrested Development: A Cult Classic Sitcom

Ooooo Yeahh!! I am Back.. Well at least I am back for a while. Even though I do not want to go away but I have to (Please do not ask me why It is complicated). Anyway, I have been meaning to write a post for a long while and didn't get the time or topic to write about. I guess I finally got something to write about now.

Yes, about a sitcom, which is a cult classic (you read that right) 'Arrested Development'.

It is really very rare for a sitcom to get a overall IMDB rating of 9.1/10 and Arrested Development got that achievement but unfortunately it wasn't such a big hit viewership wise. The main reason I think why it wasn't such a big hit because the writers of the show took the word "Sitcom (Situational Comedy)" a bit too serious.

The whole show concentrates along a wealthy family whose life falls apart after the head of the family is arrested for a treason and one of his son takes the responsibility to keep them all together. That is a perfect situation to generate a laugh riot. As far as I am concerned the writers did succeed on that. This is one of the finest comedies I have seen for a while, even better than "Cheers" and definitely a lot better than the most overrated TV Show of the decade "How I Met Your Mother".

Why do I think it is good, if not great. The way it was written and handled. The first three seasons concentrate on Michael Bluth getting the family back on track, which eventually he fails to because of lack of any sort of support from his family members by the end of season 3. Thanks to Netflix they renewed the show for a forth season where still Michael Bluth given up getting his family back on track, this time around writers concentrate on how the individual family members try to get their life together. The whole fourth season takes place at the same time frame, but the writers divided the episodes for each different characters. That one heck of a gutsy approach and very well executed season. Kudos to the writers and the directors.

The main credits should be given to the creator Mitchell Hurwitz. This is one of the most brilliantly written TV Shows I have seen. The way he managed to show in the first three seasons that "The Bluth Family" is mainly centered around "George Sr.", but it is in the season 4 we can see that it was "Lucille Bluth" who is the main pivot for the whole family. Also, not to forget by not closing out the show he kept it open for any future revival of the show by keeping the murder mystery of "Lucille 2" unknown. Well, no one exactly know who murdered (or was she really killed?) Lucille 2, even though the younger of Bluth's "Buster" was arrested in the end. The writers made sure that almost every character involved in the show can be a clear suspect for the murder. hopefully they revive the shoe to clearly show who is the real culprit, or at least reveal it in the movie they are planning to.

Apart from Lucille 2's death, there are other mysteries that are needed to be answered like
1. What's next for Michael Bluth and his son George Michael? Who gets Rebel Kelly? Can either of them compromise?
2. Who is Lindsay Bluth's real parents (could it be Lucille 2)?
3. What has happened to Lindsay's Husband and Boyfriend Tobias and Marky?
4. What's next for Maeby after being fired by George Michael? Did she or will she graduate High School?
5. Against whom does Lindsay stand against in the election after the death of Lucille 2? (Of course, a bad question, the clear answer is Sally Sitwell, but come on why not  Herbert Love? Good one right. :P )
6. What's up with GOB and Tony Wonder? Will they be together?
7. Finally will George Sr. be back (well he can if he can get the Testosterone Numbers back) or will twin brother Oscar will take his position?
8. Man I almost forgot about the central character Lucille Bluth. Is she the one who really killed Lucille 2?

So, I hope Mitchell Hurwitz will sure answer most of the questions above with a new season or at least in the movie (Or may have already answered and I missed catching them. Will see Season 4 again and will update if I have really missed something. Well he can definitely take the help of some young talents to write like Michael Cera or me :P :D

PS: I am so glad they are re-vamping season 4 in chronological order.... Thank God...

B.Tech Life...

Its been a while since I have even opened my blog page and I was at agape looking at those page views when opened today...604..Really?! Damn then I should seriously write again...I Thought...and here I am writing about my 4 years of B.tech life listening to Gabbar Singh Songs...Esp Pilla :P

Bee Hive In Our College
So, it was September 24, 2008 the First day of our B.tech. At that time whoever saw our college would have wondered really am I looking at a Engg. College??!! But, that was not in my case because it was not for the first time I have been seeing that and yet i took that college though there are seats remaining in other well furnished and colleges with better placements. So, many might think now I did take a wrong step in choosing but, i never had or will have that regret because I didn't give a damn about placements as I was planning for my higher studies and yes I might have regretted if I didn't chose this college because I might have missed all the friends and fun I had these 4 years...

Kota Srinivas rao garu at Anuual Day 2009
So, Coming to First year first day, it was a regular orientation day and I still remember the first person i saw was Prithvi Raj with that trademark nerdy look with a formal dress and Spectacles :D. That day went on like that with all the meetings payments etc and all. the real fun started next day. My way to college all alone in a RTC bus. Found this 102D buss to DLRL and along with Shiva, a Mechie who also resides at DSNR and we both boarded that bus and there was this Old man in bus who works at DRDL daily barks on everyone as if he is the Supreme in the bus and we used to crack some helluva jokes on him and I gues even we gave him a nickname. And when we are in the college on Day 1 and to our class 120 students of ECE...I was completely shocked to see that crowd and I was searching for only one, my Inter buddy "Sharath Chandra". After, a few days the class is divided to two [Thank God!! :D] and strength was much better and then the real bonding started and as Prithvi Raj said in 3-1 one day that I am Extrovert!! Really?! Yes, I am and As soon as class was splitted I started being friend with each and everyone of course with boys though and then this Orkut and Facebook helped me even become good friends with girls :P :D. Ragging was not a much case in our college at our time at least up to me. I was not much ragged or at least I should say I never ran in to seniors. They just asked me some small and not at all ragging activities that too before Freshers.
Freshers Party

Coming to the Highlights of the first year, I will never ever forget how Sharath got his first ever nicknames [in fact 2 at a time :D]. First one "Bewarse", thanks to our C&DS ma'am for naming him. The reason why she named him that is...All the earlier students who had the Roll No. B0 are Bewarse :D and hence his another name "B0" :D. Thanks to him that even i became famous as "C8" as we being Jaan-Jigiris as said by our CDS ma'an once :D. Then it is the Freshers Party organized by our Seniors at Athena pub and should really thank them for all the enjoyment we had that day...thank you Guys, thank you so much :) :) and then it is the TechnoMIST 2k9 and Annual Day held in our college I guess we were lucky to have them as they were not organized next two years.and the DJ thing at the end was a blast :D :D. And should not forget our faculty, Panda sir, for his jovial remarks on all the students and Aparna Ma'am [Thanks for Jyothrmai for remainder of the name in FB :) ] and our MM sir, Forgot his name but will not forget Him because He is the reason why Most of our classmates got backlog in that subject :D an of course Mr. Sridhar Chitta for all his "Millions and Millions" of lectures :) :) Thus,or first year ended with our First ever External exams. Horrible exams but a Helluva year we enjoyed.

Then started are the Semester's with Second year, First Semester. If there is any Sem we need to forget is that it should be this one. Started of with a good note with all of us bunking the college for the first time in B.tech and went for Nehru Zoological Park and ended up with the death of our dear friend Jagadeesh and our ECA ma'am :( :( Hope their Souls rest In Peace :( :( and thus are the exams too...Horrendous as First year.
This was During 2-2 we on top of our class Girls benches

Then came Second semester of Second year, I guess it is the Happiest sem for everone as far as Acads are concerned and I guess even in other activities, but a mixed one for me as I lost something dearest to me..My Sony Ericsson W580i. I still wonder How I lost it..It is still a Mystery :( :(. But, Acads 80% Really?! Yes, I scored 80% Acads :D :D and ended it Happily. Will never forget a Incident that Happened in our Second year regarding some fee receipt etc Issue I guess a protest against our management led by our own Lavanya..hahahaha I really Laughed Out Loud that day :D =)). I guess it was on this same year that we thought of our Industrial tour but, It didn't work out thanks to our HOD :X :D. And yet, we had a Mini-trip to Golconda though :P :D

Now, the Third year First Sem, The bonding among all of us started to cement and also everyone started to think about the FUTURE...No Placements and what to do..I was in MS mode from beginning if there is NO Job and started for GRE, TOEFL Preparations and others were in the ACE decision and can still remember their experiences there..Hilarious they were :D. And this semester we should thank Shashi Bhushan Sir, The Then IAS Aspirant who was my Fan :P, used to ask me daily the questions and Vinay Vinay Vinay, he chants my name daily and Less Lesson More Morals was his Philosophy and he aslo used to suck up half of our Lunch Break :D.

3-2 I couldn't remember much as I was busy with my GRE & TOEFL and other activities and yet had a great year in exams though :P. But, it was after the exams that we had the Joy "The Mini-project". Attended a Month to college even after the end of exams and thanks it was for Mini Project and double thanks that it was with "Wineyard technologies" :D :D :P. I never remembered that we had class nor we even had some soldering sessions either, yet a month was passed and it was during that one month that we shot our first Spoof Ad Biscuit 3I and Thought of shooting a Short Film and was Sad it didn't Happen :( :\.

4-1, Really, had a "Kandireega" blast with an Accident for me and Out of Action for nearly a month and moving around with a Broken Leg and I should say It was a real fun though enjoyed the month at home watching all sort of Movies in TV from Star Movies to S Pix every english movie channel :D. And not to Forget, all the MOUNAmelanoyi songs absolutely apt for Sharath and Hi-Bye incidents of Giridhar and "Rao gari" song by our Writer and my Re-Birth :D. The day I will never ever Forget is November 11, 2011, Audio release of Pawan Kalyan's Panjaa. Was, Delighted that I got Audio pass and was shocked to see the people at the venue and will not forget the Fun we [went along with Sai Krishna My Long time Buddy :) :)] had, a near stampede near the gate and Girls fighting for Air etc etc yet we could go inside despite having the passes. tough luck but got to know about the EXACT meaning of the word CRAZE that day. Damn, Pawan Kalyan has one heck of a following. Though would end up 4-1 with MOUNAm but, had a scream with DIVINE knowledge. Forgot to mention about the TechFest though "Brahmos 2k11" idea another program which was spoiled because of two reasons: one a usual by HOD and then Telangana Agiation :\..

FALTHUS at Kaliasagiri :) :)
4-2, Hi-Byes and sad songs continued but it was again the Wineyard for Project and had again some more  fun during our project and then came our FALTHU Trip to Vizag. Really planned for some thing much bigger in all these 4 year but ended up with Vizag and it was bigger than what we anticipated the 5 or 6 days we had Ah!! Awesome experience both Spiritual and fun rides along with some fights and second show film at Sarat :D :D. the last day of the trip was exceptional. Vizag-Annavarm-Simhachalam-Kanaka mahalaskhmi temple..Never though we would make back to our place on time :D. Then started our first ever seminars, With seniors suggestions, thought they might be some tough and our HODs etc wold play with us, and prepared for 3 days non-stop for my Tech Sem topic and I didn't even last for one and Half minute and no one even cared to listened. Then lost complete interest of these Seminars and didn't even prepared for the final Seminar then I fumbled yet saved by Batch Mates though :D. thank you Guys. Oh Forgot to mention, to our Delight our college Management has organized for TechnoMIST 2k12 and Annual Day and this time was much higher the enjoyment levels and most of the girls in Sarees..Thought everyday we should have Annual Days :P. The final ever Semesters have come and in fact a exteded semesters because everyone be it other colleges or other branches have ended their exams by May 4. But, we ended on May 9, 2012 and had a really heart felt farewell and when everyone saying Bye, I thought...Is This it??? And all these memories flashed...
During Annual Day 2012

Will, miss for sure all the fun that I had these 4 years be it in labs or preparing for lab externals, Sem exams, Mid-exams, flirting, waiting in bus stops and of course our 251B bus drivers who will drop us at our destination on time at any traffic conditions. I guess, they are the most efficient RTC have got :D. Of course, our Palle Cheruvu and the Awesome Ambiance.
Thank You Guys for all the memories and will not forget any one at any point of time. hope everyone get settled in their respective fields of interests. :) :)

By the way I forgot to mention the name of our college "Mahaveer Institue of Science and Technology".

PS: To Everyone, If any actions of anyone if any really did offend anyone these four years, hope you all take them very very lightly as we all are Friends and as a matter of fact good friends, hope we can understand each other and no one will hurt anyone intentionally. Hope Everyone, Understands and we all remain Good Friends as we were..:) :)

2011: A Quick Sand....

So, I am Back..:D
Hasn't written anything this year (Thanks to my Laziness) and wanted to write everything in one post what I thought of doing it earlier...;)

Coming to the Topic...
I am Still unable to believe that 2011 is all an history. :O :O
Damn it is too much for me to take. It has ended like a Quick fire and when I look back what happened this year it is all a usual stuff. Any thing I gained...yes one thing, How to Write a Script? ;)

So, I would like to share about all The Good, The Bad and the Ugly happened this year in Movies, Sports (Cricket & Tennis).

1. Movies:

This year it has been a mixed year as far as movies here in Telugu are concerned. those which I liked flopped and those which I didn't were hits. So, Lets have a look about the various aspects that I loved this year.

1. Best Film: Undoubtedly, it will be and Should be Panjaa. This is one heck of a film that I have been waiting since ages to see in TFI especially after watching The God Father two months back. This Stylish Slick, Cult Classic..whatever you wanna call it will surely remain a Classic Gangster Film in TFI. The Film has Craved attention from all sections of Audiences right from its first look in Dussera and then its the teaser for Diwali that ha raged the Netizens with 3lac+ views in just 3 days fastest ever for any Telugu Video. The main reason for liking the film is you are not going to see Pawan Kalyan or Jackie Shroff or Adivi Sesh etc., you are just gonna see them in characters Jai, Bhagawan, Munna etc. That is where the Director got his success. This might also be the reason why movie got the Mixed response as you will NOT be seeing a Usual Power Star, infact you will see a New Power Star... ;)

2. Best Director: When Panjaa is my Best Film then it should be Vishnu Vardhan who should be the Best Director. Because, it is A Vishnu Vardhan's Film rather than A Pawan Kalyan'f film that is why the Tag Pawan Kalyan's is missing. (As you can see in Posters you will see before title as Pawan Kalyan not Pawan Kalyan's ;) ). The Other Point is that He was Successful in implementing the scenes and not deviating from the Main Theme of the film. Some Notable Aspects in His Direction are:
1. Intro Scene
2. Interval Bang
3. Scene after Anukoneleduga,
4. Utti Kotte scene (My Personal favorite) and many more... ;)
I am expecting Panjaa 2 from this director...;) :)

3. Best Actor: It is Pawan Kalyan, for showing three different characters in two films and playing them with an ease. I never saw an actor in recent times (apart from Nagarjuna) showing such a variation in characters from film to film in very short gap and with very High Energy Levels. It may be Arjun Palwai or Michael Velayudham in Teenmaar, in which he plays to characters of different shades and entertains everyone in every angle, or be it Jai Dev from Panjaa in which he Underplays to his title "Power Star" and sporting a Beard or Dancing to the Teenmaar beats in Paparayudu. Amazing...He was Just Fabulous this year. Though both his films aren't that successful this year, He entertained His fans as he Always does and in fact more than ever.

4. Best Actress: It Should and Must be Tammana. She Shouldered all the films that she had done this year on her own shoulders. Be it 100%Love where, Chai's acting was gone in climax and she lifts up the film with her Presence and Acting or it may be Oosaravelli where she got a RARE opportunity that any Heroine could ever get in Jr. NTR's film that her role has got something related to story and she was Marvelous. Also, in Badrinath along with Allu Arjun She worked hard and made a great performance and the shocking thing is she has put a Huge Competition to Bunny as far as dances are concerned, the only one who could dance equal to AA.

5. Song Of the Year: I lost my touch in to the music and haven't been listening to them. But, had listened quite a few Numbers, but it is Panjaa Title Track that Stole all the Shows. Yuvan Shankar Raja Composed it and Sung by his own that too  3 days after death of his Mother. This is the reason why that came out that well. Composing a Song at such a situation is always Tough and that's where you can get the Best Shot as he did get it. A Perfect Title Track and was also delightful on screen seeing Pawan Kalyan Dancing with so much of Grace in his movements.

6. Best Screenplay: I have been thinking two films for this Category: Teenmaar and Ala Modalaindi. I think both the Films got their own specialities and i think Teenmaar will be ahead of Ala Modalaindi because of its Parallel Screenplay with both Michael Velayudham and Arjun Palwai's Love Stories Have been Shown especially as if Arjun Palwai preaching Michael velayudham. I Think I should include Ala Modalindi in Best Story category I suppose as the concept of the film is too good.

7. Surprises of year: I Liked Oosaravelli. :O :O Are you Kidding me...yeah!! I liked it !! First time I suppose I have seen a NTR film with Story and Heroine takes up a lead role. It is a purely Chick Flick and the Climax was bad as you can see the ORIGINAL NTR there...:D

Also that I Kandireega was good. But, It is a Film which only requires second half and that the First Half is all Bull Shit.

Also I Should Admit that amidst the looks Mahesh Babu also did a Great Performance as an actor in Dookudu. He was Too Good in the film and hope he continues it.

8. Mind Blocker of the Year: This one is not from TFI yet I still wanted to include that it is Ra.One. Torture is the word that can be given precisely for this film. For the First time in my Life I felt Happy when my Phone rang in the middle of a screening.

9. Obsession of the year: S.S. Thaman. Yes, Yes, it is Thaman. I really could not able to understand why our Telugu director's are obsessed with this ROTTIEN Tuner. Of All the films he did the only three songs that I liked are Dethadi (Dookudu). Ostara (BM), Chamapakamala (Kandireega). Remaining all are just CRAP.

10. Misses of the Year: there were many films that I missed up this year and the list is Long enough. Oh My Friend, Nuvvila, Sri Rama Rajyam, Rajanna and some more which I Could not remember. I hope that I would be watching Rajanna Next Year...;) :P

Finally, I would say that 2011 has shown some marks of improvement in TFI with number of Hits are concerned but I wold say that it is not satisfactory as the Hits are all Regular Routine Telugu commercial Movie Stuff and where as the Off Beat films bombed again. I Balme Audience for this nt the film makers as they are not able to watch a Movie as a Movie.

Hope that in 2012 along with Nagarjuna and Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh and other actors too come out with some fresh scripts and change the mind sets of Telugu People.

PS: the Above Analysis I had written is based on the Film that I saw not of all those released, as I did not See every movie, if any of your choice isn't there than I might have not seen that movie.

Regarding Sports I will write another Article later as I should recollect what has happened the best in this year...;) :)

Orange-Truth or Dare...

Orange the story never before and never after. Its the director Bhaskar and Ram Charan Tej who need to get accolades for choosing this kind of film.

Coming to the film, we cannot expect this one to be a Magadheera as this is not a an action commercial film. It is the "Story" which is the Plus and Minus. The concept " Love cannot exist forever" is an obvious idea and I go with Bhaskar for saying this and most of the people who are already in love might not agree with it but the fact is they should agree it as when one fall in love then they shou;d and must lead a Comprised life for the rest.

Coming to the Title Truth Or Dare- the concept is really nice and good though a not possible game in realistic.

1. Actor's Performances: "Ram Charan" was simply rocking. The best thing he did that any other hero in did was choosing a film like Orange after an extravaganza like "Magadheera". I bet no other hero can dare to do a film like this after such a Huge hit and in fact nobody did it.
Coming to his acting he is so matured when compared to his previous one and didn't expect this kind of performance from him. Thanks again to Bhaskar for Bringing out an full fledged actor from Ram Charan. His dialouge deliver, expressions every thing improved perfectly. His sky diving Performance was really excellent..

"Genelia" was as usual good her role in first 30 minutes was a continuation of what she did in Bommarillu but after that her change of mood she did a nice job. But, it is "Shazahn Padamsee" about whom one should speak. She has got a real good future and was simply superb. her looks and acting were all goo. wow She has got nice future ahead...lets be positive...

Brahmanandam, Prakash Raj, Prabhu etc all were adequate and did their roles perfectly. But of all it is the Naga Babu's character ehich steals the show of all. Played a small but an important Character which is the turning point for the film.

Technically this is the best Hi-Fi film of this year in TFI. The Cinematography was at its the best the way the cinematographer showed the Sydney and Mumbai were excellent, never expected Mumbai is that good.

"Harris Jaya Raj" is a real asset for the film. First time in 2010 I never felt bored during the songs in this film. Even BGM was good and situational. Even on screen they were no many huge steps just sweet and simple as the situation demanded. It is the Ruba Ruba song which was pictured very well edited well choreographed well and actor sis very well.

Naga Babu's Production Values were superb.

It is the "Bhaskar" about whom we should discuss. His approach of Calculating the Love is exactly whats suits for the present day lovers. Just like his previous film this film also revolves around Life and Love. The Bhaskar's thought of dealing this wafer thin story is very good. The way he managed the first half was normal but it is the second half which sets the Bhaskar's tone. The argumentative type of the film was what an innovative idea and the credits must be given to him. As one of the famous critic said that " Bhaskar has got to stay a Long Run in T-wood" is obvious with the film. The entire Flashback episode was pictured excellently and is a big life of the film...

Finally...What I say is that it is not a film which everyone will like its a film which one who can understand love will like it. It is true that a "Love will never exist forever". Once people fall in Love after a few months then there will start the Compromising life and there were numerous examples in the film. But at the same time we cannot regret the present love saying that life is compromised because "If you look to find the reasons then you will end up finding the reasons and nothing is left with you". one more thing Bhaskar said is that "Prminche Kalam ekkuvayye koddi Prema taggi potundi...aa Prema Taggi Poyinappudu inkonchem Prminchali"

Overall...First Half is good and was a bit routine in taking but it is the second half and its argumentative style which is innovative and never before type also the Flash Back a Life where Charana and Shazahn Padamsee did awesome job..hats off to entore crew who worked in that episode.....I say Go for it...

Komaram Puli- My Reasons Why it failed in Box Office...

Komaram Puli  The much anticipated film of the year 2010 in TFI and also among the people of Andhra Pradesh. Mostly, the film which Power Star Pawan Kalyan fans were waiting since two and half years. Finally, after many hurdles, ups and downs the film was released on 10th September 2010. But unfortunately the film received Huge negative talk since the first show not only among general audience but among industry and also fans. The Reasons why the above class of people disappointed is simple...General Audience generally expect entertainment from Pawan Kalyan films which was lacking...Coming to the Industry as the film was credited to be huge budgeted film among all present telugu films and its business is a lot important for industry to move up but the talk couldnt help in that aspect....Coming to Fans Its the Pawan Kalyan's Film after nearly 2 and half years and the expectations will be sky high and also the hype helped that too rise much more and thus disappointed them...

Now, let us see why the film was unable to fare well amidst the  Powerful Performance of Pawan Kalyan and Saranya- Who played Pawan's mother in film..

Overall I found out #3 departments  for failure:
1. Screenplay-Direction
2. Production Values
3. Editing

1. Screenplay Direction: The first and the most important thing to be mentioned is that the main and only culprit and VILLAIN of the film is the Director of the film S.J.Surayah who wasted a perfect tailor made role for Pawan Kalyan.....He Completely failed in every department...Screenplay- Script work....Editing. I doubt that whether it is really his idea on the concept of the film. The concept of the Film was extra ordinary and also it was the Best in recent Times but Suryah wasted the chance he was given.
First Thing first the Romance part was a big let down. The Character of Heroine itself is a big minus of the film but the heroine tried her best but still it was like a big blot on a face. Except for the introduction scene every other scene involving Heroine is irritating and distracting.
Next, the placement of Songs. I am saying songs for the script he had written are unnecessary but they are misplaced. First song was Maham Maye but i think Power star is the Better Choice there and Maham Maye after the marriage scene and Dochey Song is completely irrelevant to the Lyrics it got. He completely failed in this part..
Another example for his failure in Screenplay is the way Where if a scene is in Hyderabad then the connecting scene goes to Bangkok. The Interval scene which should take place in Hyderabad was shot on the Times Square, Kaulalampur. This was a Huge Let Down and a major let down of the film.

2. Production Values:  Producer was said that he kept a lot nearly about 40 Cr but I did not feel it in that way even in a single frame. The Graphics in the Introduction fight was the best example which was the main reason for this talk to be created.
Even the prints he got readied for the film are of so Cheap quality that it lacked clarity on the Big Screen but I heard that the clarity was good on Digital Screens. This is a Best example for film's Performance.
Even in publicity he did not even take care for the film. The way he released the Film, announced the date of release exactly 24 hours before its release. The Publicity was so poor.

3. Editing: The Editing was another neagtive. SJS said that the Editor did a Great job but he did not yet, it was the first film in which I felt Editing was worst.

4. Other Factors:   First and the main Thing is that Pawan Kalyan gave 100% freedom to director. This was the big Mistake done by Pawan Kalyan. being a role of his Real Life he should have taken Care in the screenplay of the film. Even his performances in Romance role clearly shows he is not at all interested in those scenes.
So, these are the main factors I think that Film has got such a talk.

My Take- Komaram Puli Audio

There is a saying that "First Impression is the Best Impression" which is absolutely true for many cases but not in the case for Music and it is once again proved in the case of Komaram Puli . Here we go with my take....

First I thought of give the order of songs in my favorite order but the order is changing by times as i listen so I decided to write in the order they are on CD Cover..

1. Power Star: This is the song which I thought would be a chart buster because there was a huge hype for the song created and also said that Ranjit Barot made special arrangements for this song along with A. R. Rahman. Because of this song may be I was disappointed a bit but now it was really great after 2 or 3 hearings. The lyrics by Chandrabose are really great. Usually we expect Vijay Prakash would be dominating the song but here in this song it is Tanvi Shah who dominated him. A peppy number by A. R. Rahman...

2. Amma Thalle: A typical A.R. Rahman number. Its Swetha Mohan whos teals the show. She is really excellent what a singing and the breathless part at the start and here we go another Female singer stealing the show. Naresh Iyer also did matched Swetha Mohan well but at last it is she who steals the show. ARR and CB are as usually at their best. This is a kind of a song which I have been waiting since a long time to see Pawan Kalyan in. Hope it will rock on video too.

3. Maaralante: Here we go this is the song which I listened for most number of times. Composed by ARR and sung by him. I think it is his first song he sung for a straight Telugu Film. He proved once again that he is always best in patriotic songs with this song. The composition of the song is at the peak levels. Should not forget to mention about KMMC choir conducted by Kavita Balaga, they matched with The Maestro. Chandrabose was great to the core especially the lines "Nuvvante Lokam...". This will be the song that will remain for a long time in my Mobile Ipod.

4. Maham Maaye: This is a perfect Telugu song and not ARR style nice to see him doing this kid of songs too. Unlike the first two songs here its the Male singer Javed Ali was exceptional especially from the part "Malli putti.....". I always wonder how people will mange to sing songs of other languages they do not understand and speak. Even Suchitra did well in Female part. CB's lyrics were great and should appreciate ARR for doing these kind of compositions. This is the song you should be looking and waiting to have for some Visual treat.

5. Dochey: Shreya Ghoshal is back in Telugu songs. This is the song which made to turn down my idea of write in the order of my favorites. First I didn't liked the song and was disappointed that SG couldn't do better as I expected a lot. But as I was listening My God she was excellent. Really she is a Legend. Lady Kash 'N' Krissy were also good in rap. Coming to Composition, great modulation by ARR especially from 2.48-3.10 the music variation was excellent. Many Say that it is the Item Song with Shriya Saran. Really excited to see how Shriya did on Screen for which Shreya donee Off Screen.

6. Nammakame: Is the First ever slow song which i liked the moment I heard. Chitra is back with a bang after a bit gap. Seems to be like a background song would be involved of the mother's role in the film. Madhushree and Harini were also good. Chandrabose was too good.

What's Smoking: Komaram Puli is a male dominant film where Pawan Kalyan plays the cop role and guess what in the Audio of the film it is the female singers who are dominating the Male Singers. We had Dochey and Nammakame done completely by Female Singers and even in Power star and Amma Thalle it is female singers who are dominating.

Note: I took one long week to write a review mean while I might have heard the songs nearly a 10-20 times so do not judge the songs the moment you hear them.

Finally... As usually A. R. Rahman was excellent in his style. Seems to be like he is having a good year in Indian Cinema with nice music. Really have to say he gave the best music for TFI much better than Nani his last Telugu Film before this one sir years ago. Are you People eagerly waiting for some good music. Here you get  just do not judge the Album listening it for only one time because it is ARR's album which will surely take some time to gel up with.

My experience in LB Stadium for Tollywood T-20 tournament

Hello Guys Yesterday(13-06-2010) was one of the most memorable days in my life because it was the day in which I am able to see all the superstars of tollywood live in one ground that is for Tollywood T-20 tournament. Here is my Experience in the stadium...
Got a Special Pass and that to a VIP pass so i thought I was one of the many luckiest persons in my gallery...Here is how the matches went on...First let us have a look on the teams...

1. Chiru Cheetahs: Captain: Megastar Chiranjeevi, Vice Captain: Ram Charan Tej
2. Ballaya Lions: Captain: Yuvaratna Balakrishna Vice Captain: Young Tiger NTR
3. Nag Kings: Captain: Yuvasamrat Nagarjuna Vice Captain: Manchu Vishnu
4. Venky Warriors: Captain: Victory Venkatesh Vice Capatin: Tarun

Matches:
1. Venky Warriors Vs Ballaya Lions
2. Chiru Cheetahs Vs Nag Kings
3. Finals

The Main agenda behind this tournament is to help the poor and backward artists of Telugu Film Industry....So Lets Begin the review...

1. Venky Warriors Vs Ballaya Lions:
Venkatesh won the toss and decided to field first because being a day game the dew and the wetness of the pitch due to the rain the before night would help the team bowling first. As expected it happened, Venky Warriors thrashed Ballaya Lions by 7 wickets.
Batting First Ballaya Lions were able to manage only 59 runs except for NTR who made 23 runs(2 fours) no other even reached for Double Digit scores. But, the most Exiting part of the innings is the Balakrishna's batting, bowling and fielding, he did participated as every other youngster. Coming to the bowling of VW, Adarsh and Tharun played key role with 2 wkts each.
Coming to the Chase It is Adarsh again along with Karthik played a crucial role and completed the match in just 10 overs. But the big gun of the team Tarun didnt fire much.

Dissapointments of the Match:
1. BL showed a poor performance in the match in fact in the tournament.
2. Tarun of VW disappointed as every one expected he would be a star player.
Man of the Match: My Choice: Adarsh - For his all round performance.

2. Chiru Chettahs Vs Nag Kings
First match was all one sided and didnt give the feel of a T-20 Match. But, here is the second match which is nothing less than a IPL match.
Nagarjuna won the toss and no surprises elected to bat first. Here they come the openers: Tarakaratna and Akhil Akkineni . A sudden surprise for me. I do not know until he came on the crease that he is playing the match and i felt so disappointed as I was supporting CC and lost all my hopes in the match.
As expected Akhil started up as everyone thought and he was on a roll. Guess what came to me as a surprise is that its Tarakaratna who dominated Akhil at start. And they were maintaing a rate of 10 rpo in PP. But then came Ajay with a wonderful delivery got out Akhil and should not forgot say a Scintillating catch from Ram Charan Tej in covers. Then it started slowing and RR started decreasing. and Ajay with the help of Charan on the field started picking up wickets both got 3 a piece....Ajay: 3 wickets and Charan: 3 catches. Charan almost got a fourth one but he had dive long for that. Khayyum and Rajiv of NK made it up at the end up to a  score of 159/7 in 20 overs.
In chasing though CC started up with a four from Ayyapa Sharma in the bowling of Siddarth then he fell to a brilliant catch by Sumanth in the slips. then it became slow and then Maadala Ravi got run out and everyone thought its all over for CC. Then came Sachin and Raghu who started hitting boundaries at least one for over and at this point of time people thought these two are going to finish the task so quickly. But, Guess what happened then came the Wonder Kid Akhil who bowled out Sachin in for the first ball and followed by 4 wides to Nitin followed by a single and another beautiful delivery to get rid of Raghu. The two settled batsmen were out and Nithin was also gone early. Now its Akash and Ram Charan who were playing and now Akhil came back and got rid of Ram Charan who was caught at Long on. Ram charan on attempt for run ran and hugged Akhil after the dismissal. Now its over NK won the match...every one thought CC would end up less than 100 but guess what it is Ajay who came back well in bat too. Since he came to bat it started drizzling abd became little heavier but no one stopped either fans cheering or players playing. Since he came to bat Ajay started to hit boundaries either a six or a four per over and made a significant role. he was supported by Akash for some time and then Amit Kumar stood by him by rotating the strike. Ajay hit 3 sixes as I remember and 4 or 5 fours i dont remember exact number but he really did strike well. And now all thought match is back for CC but guess what it is Akhil who came back and took the wicket of Ajay lost ball of his final over and the rain became heavy and match was stopped. After the game resumed all the damage was done CC need 25 runs in 24 balls but only 1 wicket remained but Raghavendra and injured Amit tried to bring them home but Amit was bowled 12 balls to spare. Thus Nag Kings win by 14 runs.

Moments of the Match:

1. Nagarjuna shoned with few boundaries.
2. Akhil was brilliant in all departments, thanks for his training in Australia.
3. Ram Charan was brilliant in ball as well as field..took 3 spectacular catches almost 4 and a just miss runout and also better bowling numbers::2-0-11-0..good econ: 5.5 for T-20.

Disappointments:
Big Guns of CC Sachin, Ayyapa Sharma, Raghu failed to show an impact.
Man of the Match: My Choice: Nag Kings: Akhil Akkineni, Chiru Cheetahs: Ajay

That's it I am out of the stadium saw the final on TV and wow i am really impressed by the way Akhil played in Final. And should not forget to mention Akash of VW who scored the first Fifty of the tournament in the finals.

Finals:
Man of the Match: Nag Kings: Akhil Akkineni, Venky Warriors: Akash
Man of the Series:My Choice: Akhil Akkineni

Moment of the Day: Power Star Pawan Kalyan....

The match between CC and NK was in  serious pace. Rajiv Kanakala and Tarakaratna of NK were batting and I couldnt remember who is bowling but suddenly there was a roar from one of the stands and we all people from other stands including mine and of course also the players stopped playing and then suddenly they showed the reason on the screen it is Power Star Pawan Kalyan who came to have a look at the match and support his brothers team Chiru Cheetahs. Players and umpires stopped the play and all went on for some photo clicks with Pawan. guess what nearly 15 minutes of the game was halted until Kalyan gave a speech and made a round of the stadium. Coming to me I saw Kalyan So close as he came to our stand being a VIP one I could have a close look on him. I am Really amazed to see this much of a reaction to a hero much more than any other. Did not hear such a roar again from the stands. The second best was for Brahmanandam.
That's it this is my experience in LB Stadium hope I would get such an offer again one more time......
