Orange-Truth or Dare...

Orange the story never before and never after. Its the director Bhaskar and Ram Charan Tej who need to get accolades for choosing this kind of film.

Coming to the film, we cannot expect this one to be a Magadheera as this is not a an action commercial film. It is the "Story" which is the Plus and Minus. The concept " Love cannot exist forever" is an obvious idea and I go with Bhaskar for saying this and most of the people who are already in love might not agree with it but the fact is they should agree it as when one fall in love then they shou;d and must lead a Comprised life for the rest.

Coming to the Title Truth Or Dare- the concept is really nice and good though a not possible game in realistic.

1. Actor's Performances: "Ram Charan" was simply rocking. The best thing he did that any other hero in did was choosing a film like Orange after an extravaganza like "Magadheera". I bet no other hero can dare to do a film like this after such a Huge hit and in fact nobody did it.
Coming to his acting he is so matured when compared to his previous one and didn't expect this kind of performance from him. Thanks again to Bhaskar for Bringing out an full fledged actor from Ram Charan. His dialouge deliver, expressions every thing improved perfectly. His sky diving Performance was really excellent..

"Genelia" was as usual good her role in first 30 minutes was a continuation of what she did in Bommarillu but after that her change of mood she did a nice job. But, it is "Shazahn Padamsee" about whom one should speak. She has got a real good future and was simply superb. her looks and acting were all goo. wow She has got nice future ahead...lets be positive...

Brahmanandam, Prakash Raj, Prabhu etc all were adequate and did their roles perfectly. But of all it is the Naga Babu's character ehich steals the show of all. Played a small but an important Character which is the turning point for the film.

Technically this is the best Hi-Fi film of this year in TFI. The Cinematography was at its the best the way the cinematographer showed the Sydney and Mumbai were excellent, never expected Mumbai is that good.

"Harris Jaya Raj" is a real asset for the film. First time in 2010 I never felt bored during the songs in this film. Even BGM was good and situational. Even on screen they were no many huge steps just sweet and simple as the situation demanded. It is the Ruba Ruba song which was pictured very well edited well choreographed well and actor sis very well.

Naga Babu's Production Values were superb.

It is the "Bhaskar" about whom we should discuss. His approach of Calculating the Love is exactly whats suits for the present day lovers. Just like his previous film this film also revolves around Life and Love. The Bhaskar's thought of dealing this wafer thin story is very good. The way he managed the first half was normal but it is the second half which sets the Bhaskar's tone. The argumentative type of the film was what an innovative idea and the credits must be given to him. As one of the famous critic said that " Bhaskar has got to stay a Long Run in T-wood" is obvious with the film. The entire Flashback episode was pictured excellently and is a big life of the film...

Finally...What I say is that it is not a film which everyone will like its a film which one who can understand love will like it. It is true that a "Love will never exist forever". Once people fall in Love after a few months then there will start the Compromising life and there were numerous examples in the film. But at the same time we cannot regret the present love saying that life is compromised because "If you look to find the reasons then you will end up finding the reasons and nothing is left with you". one more thing Bhaskar said is that "Prminche Kalam ekkuvayye koddi Prema taggi potundi...aa Prema Taggi Poyinappudu inkonchem Prminchali"

Overall...First Half is good and was a bit routine in taking but it is the second half and its argumentative style which is innovative and never before type also the Flash Back a Life where Charana and Shazahn Padamsee did awesome job..hats off to entore crew who worked in that episode.....I say Go for it...

Komaram Puli- My Reasons Why it failed in Box Office...

Komaram Puli  The much anticipated film of the year 2010 in TFI and also among the people of Andhra Pradesh. Mostly, the film which Power Star Pawan Kalyan fans were waiting since two and half years. Finally, after many hurdles, ups and downs the film was released on 10th September 2010. But unfortunately the film received Huge negative talk since the first show not only among general audience but among industry and also fans. The Reasons why the above class of people disappointed is simple...General Audience generally expect entertainment from Pawan Kalyan films which was lacking...Coming to the Industry as the film was credited to be huge budgeted film among all present telugu films and its business is a lot important for industry to move up but the talk couldnt help in that aspect....Coming to Fans Its the Pawan Kalyan's Film after nearly 2 and half years and the expectations will be sky high and also the hype helped that too rise much more and thus disappointed them...

Now, let us see why the film was unable to fare well amidst the  Powerful Performance of Pawan Kalyan and Saranya- Who played Pawan's mother in film..

Overall I found out #3 departments  for failure:
1. Screenplay-Direction
2. Production Values
3. Editing

1. Screenplay Direction: The first and the most important thing to be mentioned is that the main and only culprit and VILLAIN of the film is the Director of the film S.J.Surayah who wasted a perfect tailor made role for Pawan Kalyan.....He Completely failed in every department...Screenplay- Script work....Editing. I doubt that whether it is really his idea on the concept of the film. The concept of the Film was extra ordinary and also it was the Best in recent Times but Suryah wasted the chance he was given.
First Thing first the Romance part was a big let down. The Character of Heroine itself is a big minus of the film but the heroine tried her best but still it was like a big blot on a face. Except for the introduction scene every other scene involving Heroine is irritating and distracting.
Next, the placement of Songs. I am saying songs for the script he had written are unnecessary but they are misplaced. First song was Maham Maye but i think Power star is the Better Choice there and Maham Maye after the marriage scene and Dochey Song is completely irrelevant to the Lyrics it got. He completely failed in this part..
Another example for his failure in Screenplay is the way Where if a scene is in Hyderabad then the connecting scene goes to Bangkok. The Interval scene which should take place in Hyderabad was shot on the Times Square, Kaulalampur. This was a Huge Let Down and a major let down of the film.

2. Production Values:  Producer was said that he kept a lot nearly about 40 Cr but I did not feel it in that way even in a single frame. The Graphics in the Introduction fight was the best example which was the main reason for this talk to be created.
Even the prints he got readied for the film are of so Cheap quality that it lacked clarity on the Big Screen but I heard that the clarity was good on Digital Screens. This is a Best example for film's Performance.
Even in publicity he did not even take care for the film. The way he released the Film, announced the date of release exactly 24 hours before its release. The Publicity was so poor.

3. Editing: The Editing was another neagtive. SJS said that the Editor did a Great job but he did not yet, it was the first film in which I felt Editing was worst.

4. Other Factors:   First and the main Thing is that Pawan Kalyan gave 100% freedom to director. This was the big Mistake done by Pawan Kalyan. being a role of his Real Life he should have taken Care in the screenplay of the film. Even his performances in Romance role clearly shows he is not at all interested in those scenes.
So, these are the main factors I think that Film has got such a talk.

My Take- Komaram Puli Audio

There is a saying that "First Impression is the Best Impression" which is absolutely true for many cases but not in the case for Music and it is once again proved in the case of Komaram Puli . Here we go with my take....

First I thought of give the order of songs in my favorite order but the order is changing by times as i listen so I decided to write in the order they are on CD Cover..

1. Power Star: This is the song which I thought would be a chart buster because there was a huge hype for the song created and also said that Ranjit Barot made special arrangements for this song along with A. R. Rahman. Because of this song may be I was disappointed a bit but now it was really great after 2 or 3 hearings. The lyrics by Chandrabose are really great. Usually we expect Vijay Prakash would be dominating the song but here in this song it is Tanvi Shah who dominated him. A peppy number by A. R. Rahman...

2. Amma Thalle: A typical A.R. Rahman number. Its Swetha Mohan whos teals the show. She is really excellent what a singing and the breathless part at the start and here we go another Female singer stealing the show. Naresh Iyer also did matched Swetha Mohan well but at last it is she who steals the show. ARR and CB are as usually at their best. This is a kind of a song which I have been waiting since a long time to see Pawan Kalyan in. Hope it will rock on video too.

3. Maaralante: Here we go this is the song which I listened for most number of times. Composed by ARR and sung by him. I think it is his first song he sung for a straight Telugu Film. He proved once again that he is always best in patriotic songs with this song. The composition of the song is at the peak levels. Should not forget to mention about KMMC choir conducted by Kavita Balaga, they matched with The Maestro. Chandrabose was great to the core especially the lines "Nuvvante Lokam...". This will be the song that will remain for a long time in my Mobile Ipod.

4. Maham Maaye: This is a perfect Telugu song and not ARR style nice to see him doing this kid of songs too. Unlike the first two songs here its the Male singer Javed Ali was exceptional especially from the part "Malli putti.....". I always wonder how people will mange to sing songs of other languages they do not understand and speak. Even Suchitra did well in Female part. CB's lyrics were great and should appreciate ARR for doing these kind of compositions. This is the song you should be looking and waiting to have for some Visual treat.

5. Dochey: Shreya Ghoshal is back in Telugu songs. This is the song which made to turn down my idea of write in the order of my favorites. First I didn't liked the song and was disappointed that SG couldn't do better as I expected a lot. But as I was listening My God she was excellent. Really she is a Legend. Lady Kash 'N' Krissy were also good in rap. Coming to Composition, great modulation by ARR especially from 2.48-3.10 the music variation was excellent. Many Say that it is the Item Song with Shriya Saran. Really excited to see how Shriya did on Screen for which Shreya donee Off Screen.

6. Nammakame: Is the First ever slow song which i liked the moment I heard. Chitra is back with a bang after a bit gap. Seems to be like a background song would be involved of the mother's role in the film. Madhushree and Harini were also good. Chandrabose was too good.

What's Smoking: Komaram Puli is a male dominant film where Pawan Kalyan plays the cop role and guess what in the Audio of the film it is the female singers who are dominating the Male Singers. We had Dochey and Nammakame done completely by Female Singers and even in Power star and Amma Thalle it is female singers who are dominating.

Note: I took one long week to write a review mean while I might have heard the songs nearly a 10-20 times so do not judge the songs the moment you hear them.

Finally... As usually A. R. Rahman was excellent in his style. Seems to be like he is having a good year in Indian Cinema with nice music. Really have to say he gave the best music for TFI much better than Nani his last Telugu Film before this one sir years ago. Are you People eagerly waiting for some good music. Here you get  just do not judge the Album listening it for only one time because it is ARR's album which will surely take some time to gel up with.

My experience in LB Stadium for Tollywood T-20 tournament

Hello Guys Yesterday(13-06-2010) was one of the most memorable days in my life because it was the day in which I am able to see all the superstars of tollywood live in one ground that is for Tollywood T-20 tournament. Here is my Experience in the stadium...
Got a Special Pass and that to a VIP pass so i thought I was one of the many luckiest persons in my gallery...Here is how the matches went on...First let us have a look on the teams...

1. Chiru Cheetahs: Captain: Megastar Chiranjeevi, Vice Captain: Ram Charan Tej
2. Ballaya Lions: Captain: Yuvaratna Balakrishna Vice Captain: Young Tiger NTR
3. Nag Kings: Captain: Yuvasamrat Nagarjuna Vice Captain: Manchu Vishnu
4. Venky Warriors: Captain: Victory Venkatesh Vice Capatin: Tarun

Matches:
1. Venky Warriors Vs Ballaya Lions
2. Chiru Cheetahs Vs Nag Kings
3. Finals

The Main agenda behind this tournament is to help the poor and backward artists of Telugu Film Industry....So Lets Begin the review...

1. Venky Warriors Vs Ballaya Lions:
Venkatesh won the toss and decided to field first because being a day game the dew and the wetness of the pitch due to the rain the before night would help the team bowling first. As expected it happened, Venky Warriors thrashed Ballaya Lions by 7 wickets.
Batting First Ballaya Lions were able to manage only 59 runs except for NTR who made 23 runs(2 fours) no other even reached for Double Digit scores. But, the most Exiting part of the innings is the Balakrishna's batting, bowling and fielding, he did participated as every other youngster. Coming to the bowling of VW, Adarsh and Tharun played key role with 2 wkts each.
Coming to the Chase It is Adarsh again along with Karthik played a crucial role and completed the match in just 10 overs. But the big gun of the team Tarun didnt fire much.

Dissapointments of the Match:
1. BL showed a poor performance in the match in fact in the tournament.
2. Tarun of VW disappointed as every one expected he would be a star player.
Man of the Match: My Choice: Adarsh - For his all round performance.

2. Chiru Chettahs Vs Nag Kings
First match was all one sided and didnt give the feel of a T-20 Match. But, here is the second match which is nothing less than a IPL match.
Nagarjuna won the toss and no surprises elected to bat first. Here they come the openers: Tarakaratna and Akhil Akkineni . A sudden surprise for me. I do not know until he came on the crease that he is playing the match and i felt so disappointed as I was supporting CC and lost all my hopes in the match.
As expected Akhil started up as everyone thought and he was on a roll. Guess what came to me as a surprise is that its Tarakaratna who dominated Akhil at start. And they were maintaing a rate of 10 rpo in PP. But then came Ajay with a wonderful delivery got out Akhil and should not forgot say a Scintillating catch from Ram Charan Tej in covers. Then it started slowing and RR started decreasing. and Ajay with the help of Charan on the field started picking up wickets both got 3 a piece....Ajay: 3 wickets and Charan: 3 catches. Charan almost got a fourth one but he had dive long for that. Khayyum and Rajiv of NK made it up at the end up to a  score of 159/7 in 20 overs.
In chasing though CC started up with a four from Ayyapa Sharma in the bowling of Siddarth then he fell to a brilliant catch by Sumanth in the slips. then it became slow and then Maadala Ravi got run out and everyone thought its all over for CC. Then came Sachin and Raghu who started hitting boundaries at least one for over and at this point of time people thought these two are going to finish the task so quickly. But, Guess what happened then came the Wonder Kid Akhil who bowled out Sachin in for the first ball and followed by 4 wides to Nitin followed by a single and another beautiful delivery to get rid of Raghu. The two settled batsmen were out and Nithin was also gone early. Now its Akash and Ram Charan who were playing and now Akhil came back and got rid of Ram Charan who was caught at Long on. Ram charan on attempt for run ran and hugged Akhil after the dismissal. Now its over NK won the match...every one thought CC would end up less than 100 but guess what it is Ajay who came back well in bat too. Since he came to bat it started drizzling abd became little heavier but no one stopped either fans cheering or players playing. Since he came to bat Ajay started to hit boundaries either a six or a four per over and made a significant role. he was supported by Akash for some time and then Amit Kumar stood by him by rotating the strike. Ajay hit 3 sixes as I remember and 4 or 5 fours i dont remember exact number but he really did strike well. And now all thought match is back for CC but guess what it is Akhil who came back and took the wicket of Ajay lost ball of his final over and the rain became heavy and match was stopped. After the game resumed all the damage was done CC need 25 runs in 24 balls but only 1 wicket remained but Raghavendra and injured Amit tried to bring them home but Amit was bowled 12 balls to spare. Thus Nag Kings win by 14 runs.

Moments of the Match:

1. Nagarjuna shoned with few boundaries.
2. Akhil was brilliant in all departments, thanks for his training in Australia.
3. Ram Charan was brilliant in ball as well as field..took 3 spectacular catches almost 4 and a just miss runout and also better bowling numbers::2-0-11-0..good econ: 5.5 for T-20.

Disappointments:
Big Guns of CC Sachin, Ayyapa Sharma, Raghu failed to show an impact.
Man of the Match: My Choice: Nag Kings: Akhil Akkineni, Chiru Cheetahs: Ajay

That's it I am out of the stadium saw the final on TV and wow i am really impressed by the way Akhil played in Final. And should not forget to mention Akash of VW who scored the first Fifty of the tournament in the finals.

Finals:
Man of the Match: Nag Kings: Akhil Akkineni, Venky Warriors: Akash
Man of the Series:My Choice: Akhil Akkineni

Moment of the Day: Power Star Pawan Kalyan....

The match between CC and NK was in  serious pace. Rajiv Kanakala and Tarakaratna of NK were batting and I couldnt remember who is bowling but suddenly there was a roar from one of the stands and we all people from other stands including mine and of course also the players stopped playing and then suddenly they showed the reason on the screen it is Power Star Pawan Kalyan who came to have a look at the match and support his brothers team Chiru Cheetahs. Players and umpires stopped the play and all went on for some photo clicks with Pawan. guess what nearly 15 minutes of the game was halted until Kalyan gave a speech and made a round of the stadium. Coming to me I saw Kalyan So close as he came to our stand being a VIP one I could have a close look on him. I am Really amazed to see this much of a reaction to a hero much more than any other. Did not hear such a roar again from the stands. The second best was for Brahmanandam.
That's it this is my experience in LB Stadium hope I would get such an offer again one more time......
